Our quality policy is "your satisfaction is our pursuit". So we do commitments as follows:
1. General commitment
In order to protect clients’ interests, we promise: supply “Three-guarantee” service to our special automobiles with manufacturing quality problems within one year from the factory leaving date or driven no more than 25,000km. Chassis manufacturer takes charge of after service of chassis problems.
2. “Three-guarantee” scope
1) Trouble that the automobile cannot work normally caused by bad parts, assembly piece design or manufacturing quality.
2) Trouble caused by welding faults.
3) Operation failure or leakage caused by bad manufacturing and assembly quality.
3. Exception
1) Faultiness of whole automobile or incompleteness of fittings caused by user.
2) Troubles caused by improper usage, maintenance and regulation of user.
3) Troubles caused by disassembly and repairing by user.
4) Breakage caused by adding accessories or reconditioning by user.
5) Breakage caused by user who does not eliminate troubles in time and use it continuously when finding problems.
4. After service modes
1) According to area and distance, we reply within 2 hours and send after service personnel to the spot within 24 or 48 hours when receiving the feedback of product problems.
2) Send personnel or appoint special personnel to supply on-the-spot after service.
5. Procedure transaction
1) Give the true identification number, product acceptance certificate, date of production, and details of trouble in written, which is convenient for us to reply or deal with it after technical analysis.
2) Cost of repairs within three-guarantee scope is charged by our company.
3) Cost of repairs of no three-guarantee scope is charged by client and our company supplies technical service.
